Working at Yurtici Logistics means to work in a “dynamic” and “our boss is customer” environment. Because of these, “speed” and “customer orientation” is the most impportant two parts of our company culture.

The aim of human resource management at Yurtici Logistics is working with people who can understand and realize Yurtici Logistics’s vision and improve our mission according to our strategic targets and supplying the continuity of this environment.

Evaluation Process

Application Stage

Your applications are considering according to our employee needs and when any employment is needed announcements are taking places at newspapers and/or internet at job announcements pages.

Evaluation Stage

When your applications are reached, first of all your CV is examined according to the functions of duty that we need. After this process, you need to attend at least two interviews with the attend of human resource specialists and related manager. If the result of the interviews are positive, you need to attend a general capability and personality profiling tests. General capability test is using to understand some of your abilities for the job and personality profiling test is using to understand your perfections for the related task. At personal interviews, we are trying to understand your basic and other perfections related to the task.

Job Offer Stage

If the results of all stages are shown us that you have enough knowledge, experience and perfections for the job then you reach a job offer from our human resource department.

Internship Opportunities

If you want an internship at Yurtici Logistics and you are studying at engineering, bussiness administration or any logistics related faculty, you can send your CV from hr@ytb.com.tr by putting “Internship” note at your CV.
